Cardinals In Superbowl???!!!

Well ladies and gentlemen, the superbowl is only two weeks away and there have been quite a few suprises during the playoffs.

For starters the two #1 seeds lost (The giants and the titans)

The cardinals made it all the way to the superbowl, after being in the divison(the NFC west) that was the laughing stock of the NFL. Note that the cardinals were the only team to finish about .500 in this divison the whole season. This division consists of the Rams, Seahawks, and 49ers, who all had less then impressive years not to say the least.

Talking about the 49ers, I am very happy they made Mike Singletary a head coach. He is a good Christian man who had a lot of enthusiasm on the sideline and every game you see him on the sideline wearing a cross, which i respect a lot. Anyways back to the cardinals......

Usually if your not a fan of the favorite you root for the underdog, an example of this would be last year's superbowl between the Giants and Patriots. I guarantee you there was more Giants fans in the stands than Patriots fans. Well I am not going to follow the crowd this time and I have to say that i want to see the cardinals fail horribly.

Why you ask?

Well I am a panthers fan. I was born in North Carolina and lived there for thirteen years, before moving to Georgia in 2005. As you might know the Cardinals beat the Panthers in the Divisional Round of the playoffs pretty bad. We lost 33-13 at home, which we had been 8-0 all season and the Cardinals were on the east coast where they were 0-5 all season. I;m not usually a fan of blaming the loss on one person but in this case I have to. I have to blame the loss on Jake Delhomme, our QB. After the game I was confused and frustrated on why they didn't bench him at half. By that time he had already threw three picks and fumbled once. He then went on to throw two more picks during the second half. So when your QB throws 5 INTs and fumbles youor team is destined to fail, also we didn't get the ball to Steve Smith, our por bowl wide out the whole first half and I was mad at that to, its not like the Cardinals were putting Troy Palomalu( I know i spelled that wrong and I'm too lazy to look it up) on him. There best corner is Dominique Rogers- Cromartie who is a rookie, but Smith had been going up against better pass defense this year so it shouldn't have been a challenge and/or a concern.

Anyways, enough of talking about the past.

Today I went bowling with 6 friends. Theres this place thats like 20 minutes away it has laser tag, bumper cars, an arcade and bowling. I didn't bowl so great because the last time I bowled was during the summer so i finally got warm about halfway during the game. I ended bowling something like an 85, yes I know, that not that impressive, but like I said before, its been a while since I bowled. We only played one game which kinda sucked because I needed a chance to redeem my self, oh well. Laser tag was fun except everytime we played it there was about 2000 little kids in there that would jus pop out of nowhere and I was afraid I would be running and trip over them and/or fall on them, which would've resulted in a mom or dad getting very pissed, which would've something I would not wanted to deal with.

Ugh school tomorrow, atleast I only have 1 more year of high school and them its off to college!
